Make Your Mark in Music terms & conditions

If you wish to enter the competition to be a live music promoter please have a read of the terms and conditions below:

• All applicants must be aged between 18-30 and a permanent UK resident
• Entrants accept that Enterprise Insight (Make Your Mark) and Curious Generation will have the right, without additional payment or permission, to use their name, age, area and country of residence and likeness for the purpose of announcing the successful applicants and for related promotional purposes.
  
• Entrants must supply full details as required, and comply with all rules. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
  
• Enterprise Insight (Make Your Mark) does not accept any responsibility for lost entries due to the internet or postal service. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
  
• Enterprise Insight (Make Your Mark) reserves the right to cancel this initiative at any stage, or change any of the rules or procedures if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise outside its control.
  
• The application process is administered by Enterprise Insight (Make Your Mark)
  
• Curious Generation will select the successful applicants. The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  
• Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and to agree to be bound by them upon submitting an application.
  
• These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
