In partnership with Hartlepool Enterprise Centre we’re going to do something about it. In our pioneering new scheme Disuse to Good Use we’re turning around underused retail spaces and transforming them into thriving hubs of enterprise.

We’re challenging fledgling businesses to turn Hartlepool Indoor Market into a vibrant new commercial environment and to kick start their entrepreneurial dreams at the same time.
